When Buyer’s Laboratory LLC (BLI), the leading provider of testing services and intelligence in the document imaging industry, awards its A3 MFP “Line of the Year” award, they look for products that deliver the best value and performance. For the 4th straight year in a row, that product line is from Konica Minolta. In total, Konica Minolta has taken home and unprecedented 4 BLI Line of the Year Awards, 19 Pick of the Year Awards in business color products, 9 Pick of the Year awards in business monochrome products, and 9 Outstanding Achievement Awards in business office products since 2006 from BLI. In the production print space, Konica Minolta has received 2012 and 2014 PRO Awards for Konica Minolta’s bizhub PRESS C7000 and bizhub PRESS 1250 respectively. Konica Minolta was also the first company in its class to win BLI’s inaugural Document Imaging Solutions Line of the Year Award.
Buyers Laboratory 2014 Summer Picks
Buyers Laboratory LLC, an independent company that evaluates office document equipment and solution products awarded Konica Minolta with six 2014 Summer Picks for its bizhub series of multifunctional peripherals (MFP) and its PageScope mobile application. Given twice a year, the Picks are special recognition to the hardware and software products that gave the best performances in BLI’s comprehensive suite of laboratory tests in the previous six months. Konica Minolta was awarded three Summer Picks in the A3 monochrome category for its bizhub 754e, 654e and 454e. In the A4 monochrome category, Konica Minolta was chosen for the bizhub 4740 and 4750 and one pick in the mobile print category for the mobile application PageScope.
MSPmentor 501 and CRN Managed Service Provider Elite 150
In March 2014, All Covered was recognized as one of the top Managed IT service providers for the sixth consecutive year by the MSPmentor 501, a distinguished list and report identifying the world’s top 501 managed service providers (MSPs) published by Nine Lives Media. In addition, All Covered was named to CRN’s Managed Service Provider Elite 150. The MSPmentor 501 report is based on data from MSPmentor’s global online survey conducted October-December 2013. The MSPmentor 501 report recognizes top managed service providers based on a range of metrics, including annual managed services revenue growth, revenue per employee, managed services offered and customer devices managed. The MSP Elite 150 recognizes companies who are large data-center-focused solution providers with a strong mix of on-premise professional services as well as off-premise services.
Diamond Support Award
In February 2014, Konica Minolta received Diamond Support Award honors from Hyland Software for helping organizations operate more efficiently using the OnBase® enterprise content management (ECM) solution. The Diamond Support Award recognizes a select number of companies each year for their ongoing commitment to training, customer retention, upgrading to new releases and growing a powerful OnBase support team. In addition to achieving Diamond status, Konica Minolta has also earned Silver Partner status for sales performance and excellence in 2013.
New York City-based marketing consultant group Brand Keys publishes and annual Customer Loyalty Engagement Index to determine how different brands rank in customer loyalty according to 39,000 Americans surveyed. The Brand Keys methodology, which considers several key competitors, asks customers to characterize their ideal product in the MFP Office Copier category, setting the bar for excellence. In 2014, for the seventh consecutive year, Brand Keys research once again identified Konica Minolta as a leading brand for customer loyalty in the “MFP Office Copier” category when measured against the “Ideal” office copier.
Better Buys for Business
Better Buys for Business (BBB) is an experienced team of office equipment analysts who provide objective product reviews so customers can make informed buying decisions about all types of office equipment. The BBB Editor’s Choice Awards are given to newer office equipment that deliver the highest level of performance and offer the greatest value in a given category. In recent years, Konica Minolta’s bizhub MFP color and monochrome devices have won a number of Editor’s Choice awards from BBB, including awards for 9 A3 MFPs and 3 A4 printers in 2013. In 2013, Konica Minolta received the Innovative Product of the Year Award in the Color Multifunctional and High-Volume Machines Category for the bizhub C224e, C284e, C236e, C654e and C754e Color MFPs. In 2012, we won the Innovative Product of the Year Award for our bizhub PRO 951 Production Print System.
Industry Analysts MFP Service Manager Study
Konica Minolta has received the highest rating in Industry Analysts’ 2012 MFP Service Manager Study ‘Most Reliable ranking. The 2012 results were based on 107 in-depth interviews with service managers, and encompass data from 21,744 monochrome MFPs at customer locations. In this study, respondents rated their manufacturer and monochrome MFPs across 30 topics.
